Luke Redus is the founder and Executive Director of Compassion United, a Montgomery County, TX based nonprofit dedicated to empowering and equipping the poor and homeless to discover a new life that will restore their hope and transform their future. Luke previously worked in the Technology industry but has committed his life, full-time, since 2010 to the work of serving the forgotten and marginalized in our community.
Having been homeless himself, Luke can identify the struggles and the mindsets that affect those in need, and is able to help them overcome it.
He has been married to his wife, Karla for 24 years and they have raised three amazing sons. He enjoys cooking, auto mechanics, and theology. His passion is to see everyone become the powerful person they were created to be and he has carried this message, as a speaker, to churches, civic groups, and ministries in the US and Mexico.
